Job Description
Alpinestars is looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager to bring the Alpinestars brand to life in-store. This role is responsible for executing compelling merchandising strategies, designing impactful product displays, and ensuring a consistent brand identity across all retail touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in visual merchandising, preferably in the motorcycle, action sports, or outdoor apparel industry
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, or similar design tools
- Understanding of retail store layouts, fixture design, and merchandising principles
- Knowledge of the motorcycle industry, gear, and consumer preferences is a major plus
- Ability to lead multiple projects, work within budgets, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with sales teams, marketing, and retail partners
- Ability to create visually compelling displays that enhance customer engagement and sales
