Operation & Maintenance Supervisor Green Power

We are looking for an O&M Supervisor Green Power – Wind and Solar Plants (Italy) to join the Operation & Maintenance team in Cammarata (AG). The successful candidate will support the O&M Manager in the technical management of operational and service activities on our photovoltaic and wind farms, contributing to ensuring maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent diploma
• Driving license (mandatory)
• Proficiency in the English language (B2 level)
• Previous training for electrical work under tension
• Previous training for work at height
• Previous experience in solar or wind plants, in a similar role
• Strong operational focus on site
• Dynamism and willingness to move between plants in the reference area (Agrigento, Caltanissetta, and Catania)
• Precision, attention to technical detail, ability to read data, analyze, and report
• Flexibility, availability, and ability to adapt to different operational contexts
• Residence in the provinces of Agrigento or Caltanissetta (preferable)
