Job Description
We are looking for a sales and dispatch staff member to join our shop in Oberstdorf, Germany. The ideal candidate is a customer success specialist with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a friendly and diligent demeanor. The role involves advising customers, restocking inventory, packing packages, and working closely with management to develop new products.
Requirements
- Fluency in German, both spoken and written
- Experience in retail (not necessary)
- Interest in the product range
- English or other foreign languages a plus
- Enjoy biking, snowboarding, hiking, or sports in general (a plus)
