Project Manager

Guidance is seeking a Project Manager to work with their development teams to provide eCommerce solutions for top companies. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering high-performance applications.

Requirements

• Manage all technical and creative development aspects of one or more projects
• Provide leadership to a technical team and interface with client’s project team
• Gather requirements and conduct business process analysis
• Manage the scope, schedule, cost, risk and issues of the project
• Regular status reporting and presentations to senior management, clients and other stakeholders
• Create and maintain business and technical documentation
• 8+ years’ experience managing the successful delivery of web-based applications
• Experience in managing custom web development projects
• Experience in the deployment of package implementations
• Ability to manage and interact with executive-level clients
• Experience in facilitating technical and creative requirements sessions with clients
• Participating in pre-sales meetings and proposal development
• Specific experience with content management systems and building applications for eCommerce, mobile, social networking, workflow and document management
• Agile methodology: certification is a plus
