ALSO, an electric mobility company, is looking for a Staff Power Electronics Engineer to develop electronics systems for multiple micromobility platforms. The engineer will be responsible for power conversion PCBA development, design, and validation.
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering degree or related fields with a focus on power electronics/power systems
- 5+ years working in power electronics design, preferably traction inverter
- Experience designing and validating sensing circuits
- Experience with actuators (BLDC) and position sensors
- Proficiency with power switches (MOSFET, GaN, SiC)
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits including microcontrollers and peripherals
- Proficiency with common simulation tools, LTspice, PLECS, Matlab
- Hands on experience with low/high power lab equipment with voltage range up to 1kV
- Experience delivering products to the market
