Job Description
They act as the right-hand man of the management and oversee the work in the office. They coordinate the work processes between our secretary in the home office, our management, our tenants / potential tenants, craftsmen and other third parties.
Requirements
- Completed office administration course, secretary training course or commercial training course
- Experience as an administrative assistant, administrative employee, assistant, office help or office staff
- Tactful knowledge of German in word and writing
- Positive aura, reliability, organizational skills, and team skills
- Ability to maintain a calm head in stressful situations and work concentration and efficiently
