Atlanta Supervisor

At Alstom, we're looking for a Supervisor to lead a shift of maintenance/operation employees. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will be responsible for formulating work schedules, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring the required level of technical knowledge is maintained by vehicle maintenance employees.

Requirements

• Lead a shift of maintenance/operation employees
• Formulate work schedules and make necessary assignments
• Monitor and evaluate employees' work performance
• Ensure the required level of technical knowledge is maintained by vehicle maintenance employees
• Collaborate across departments to effectively manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans
• Develop maintenance plans and shift work schedules that effectively and efficiently use resources
• Enforce safety rules and monitor/audit employees' activities
• Conduct safety risk analysis and inspections
• Lead shift briefings and toolbox meetings and clearly define work priorities and expectations
