Automatic Train Contol Leader (H/F)

Join Alstom as the Automatic Train Control Leader and contribute to the deployment of the Automatic Train Control (ATC) subsystem on urban projects, ensuring safety and efficiency of urban transportation.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac + 5) or equivalent in a relevant field
• Operational experience in the railway, aerospace, nuclear, or automotive sectors
• Knowledge of system engineering methodologies and/or software development, as well as configuration management and change management
• Experience in developing complex industrial systems (ideally related to safety) using the V-cycle
• Familiarity with the railway signalling domain, ideally CBTC
• Mastery of English and ease in a multicultural/international environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including leadership and cross-functional management
• Ability to synthesise information and communicate effectively with managers and clients
• Commitment to ongoing improvement and proactivity
