Job Description
Country Payroll Expert position at Alstom in Stockholm, Sweden. Managing and approving change requests, coordinating country-specific payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with legislation and business policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of payroll processing for a significant number of employees (more than 500)
- Knowledge of country-specific payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with payroll systems and third-party provider management
- Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Ability to work effectively within a team and encourage collaboration
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
- Fluent in English & Swedish
