Cybersecurity IT Engineer

At Alstom, we're looking for a full-time Cybersecurity IT Engineer in Bangalore to implement and maintain our cybersecurity platform, ensuring it aligns with design directives and meets contractual project requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong cybersecurity and IT expertise, with experience in IT and security, and knowledge of IT security products such as Active Directory, WSUS, Antivirus tools, Syslog, Radius, and Zabbix.

Requirements

• An engineering degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Experience or understanding of IT and security, ideally with 5 to 8 years in the field
• Knowledge of IT security products such as Active Directory, WSUS, Antivirus tools, Syslog, Radius, and Zabbix
• Familiarity with security protocols (e.g., Radius, VPN, IPsec, SSH) and operating systems like Windows and Linux
• A strong foundation in documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
• Understanding of networking and network design (advantageous)
• Experience with embedded or industrial systems (railway, aeronautics, etc.) is a plus
