The Production Director will pilot all manufacturing activities on the site, ensuring industrial performance, safety, quality, and compliance with deadlines, and supervise a team of employees to achieve these goals.

Requirements

• Define and implement the site's manufacturing strategy
• Ensure compliance with best practices EHS
• Supervise resource planning and team training
• Ensure SQCD performance (Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadline) and follow key performance indicators
• Deploy continuous improvement initiatives, Lean, APSYS and Industry 4.0 (digitalization, automation)
• Manage investments and optimize the use of industrial equipment
• Manage and develop team skills (evaluation, qualification, mobility)
