Join Alstom as a Full-time EDU Manager - Validation Engineers & Test Engineers F/H in Valenciennes, FR. Lead the Train Validation Engineer (TVE) team and ensure the continuous upskilling of the team and operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and qualified colleagues on innovative projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Experience in team management or leadership roles
- Understanding of train validation processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of Alstom Transport AMS and engineering instructions
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage resources and workload
