Job Description
As an ERP System Site Project Manager, you'll drive the successful roll-out of our ERP system (GSI) across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with core processes and fostering seamless transitions. You'll work closely with teams across the business, coordinate data cleansing activities, and manage project escalations at the site level.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in site operations with a focus on supply chain
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems
- Strong project management skills, particularly in ERP deployment
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
- Ability to drive change management initiatives effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
