The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, experience in manufacturing environments, and strong communication and influence skills. The role involves managing request flows, prioritizing resources, and ensuring operational stability of equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to plan and deliver under production constraints
• Strong communication and influence skills
• Master's of industrial automation concepts and industrial environments
• Data analysis skills, business case development and performance tracking via dashboards/KPI
• Mastery of French and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of SSE requirements and workplace safety practices in an industrial environment
