Gestionnaire de la Qualité en Ingéneirie

We are seeking a Quality Manager in Engineering to ensure the quality of our engineering processes and contribute to reducing non-quality-related costs and ongoing improvement. As a key member of our collaborative and committed team, you will work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to inspect engineering deliverables, conduct design reviews, and deploy a structured experience feedback process.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in quality tool management and problem-solving.
• Understanding of industry rail standards and certifications (an asset).
• Team management experience (desirable).
• Audit/inspection and risk analysis skills (DFMEA, etc.).
• Knowledge of problem-solving methods and tools (QRQC, PDCA, 8D methodology, root cause analysis, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team in a complex organizational environment.
• Technical mastery of railway products
• Bilingualism
