Job Description
We are looking for a Group Manager Embedded Software to lead and manage a team of system and software engineers in developing embedded electronic platforms for rail controls. The role involves innovating and improving existing solutions, fostering a collaborative team culture, and managing capacity and competence planning.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in people management and leading distributed teams
- Proven ability to manage teams to achieve project goals
- Experience in software development processes such as V model, Agile etc.
- Strong technical knowledge in operating systems (Linux, RTOS etc.) and embedded software development
- Proven ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Experience in planning, tracking and delivering projects
- Excellent communication skills
