Embedded SW Engineering Manager I

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of 2-6 engineers in developing embedded software for our innovative products. The role requires 8-12 years of experience in embedded development and 3-5 years of team management experience.

Requirements

• Lead and manage a team of 2-6 embedded software engineers
• Plan and allocate resources and tasks based on project priorities
• Supervise daily operations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new team members
• Promote Agile methodologies within the team
• Work on diverse embedded targets, including battery-powered, event-driven SoCs and general-purpose microcontrollers
• Design and develop embedded software, from hardware drivers to application logic and communication protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D teams and departments
• Champion the adoption of best practices in embedded software development
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies
