Job Description
Alif Semiconductor is seeking an Embedded SW Manager / Director to lead the development and delivery of their software teams for the Ensemble and Balletto microcontrollers. This role involves close collaboration with development teams, application engineering, and marketing to ensure the successful launch of cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment with experienced staff and opportunities for growth. The team operates in a technology park in Oulu, Finland.
Requirements
- Successful leadership in embedded software engineering
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent people skills
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with experience in Embedded Systems
- Background in Software Development with hands-on experience from Embedded Software
- Knowledge of embedded software architectures and development environments and tooling
- Proven track record of delivering quality software
- Ability to handle and work with not well-defined and/or changing requirements
