Group Occupational Health Director

We are looking for a Group Occupational Health Director to safeguard employee health and foster a culture of prevention and well-being across the organization. You will design and oversee occupational health programs, provide expert advisory support, and ensure compliance with global and local regulations.

Requirements

• Medical, nursing, or allied health qualification with specialization in Occupational Health
• Recognized professional certification according to country or international standards
• Strong understanding of occupational health regulations and best practices in a multinational environment
• Significant experience in occupational health within large, complex, or industrial organizations
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Experience working at regional or corporate level in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
