HR Labor Relations Expert (f/m/d)

Alstom is seeking an HR Labor Relations Expert (f/m/d) in Berlin to support the company's transformation across all German sites, ensuring organizational changes, transformation initiatives, and workforce measures are designed and implemented in a legally compliant, socially responsible, and sustainable way within the German co-determination framework.

Requirements

• University degree in law or business law, ideally with a focus on labour law (minimum one state exam or equivalent qualification)
• Several years of experience in labour law or HR with strong exposure to co-determination and works council negotiations in Germany
• Excellent knowledge of German individual and collective labour law, including practical experience in transformation or restructuring contexts
• Native German and excellent English communication skills
