Industrial Quality Engineer

Alstom is looking for a full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Warsaw to ensure product quality compliance with customer and internal specifications. The role involves working closely with teams across the business, performing analyses to drive operational excellence, and implementing quality control plans to enhance performance.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical, or equivalent)
• Experience or understanding of quality processes and industrial-level operations
• Knowledge of quality tools such as problem-solving methodologies and Lean Six Sigma
• Familiarity with reading technical drawings, specifications, and using test equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Technical knowledge of railway products is a plus
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, etc.)
