Job Description
We are looking for an Embedded Software Development Engineer Maintenance to join our team in Villeurbanne, France. The role involves working with a dynamic team to develop maintenance electronics for our rolling stock, including Tramway, TGV, Metro, and Regional Trains. The engineer will be responsible for performing software activities, including specifications, coding, and testing, as well as collaborating with internal clients and teams.
Requirements
- Master's degree in electronics, industrial computing, or embedded systems
- Significant first experience in a highly technical environment
- Good knowledge of applications on real-time operating systems and Linux
- Excellent mastery of C++14/17 and Boost as well as Python for automated testing
- Knowledge of SQL (SQLite) for database access
- Knowledge of Ethernet networks and http, Web services protocols
- Adaptability, Teamwork, capacity for synthesis, sense of responsibility, and clear communication
- Passion for software and new technologies
- Rigor and ability to solve technical problems
- Technical English required
