Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in EHS engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience as an EHS engineer, preferably in the industrial sector
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving tools
- Familiarity with the challenges of workplace safety and ergonomics
- Ability to work in a team and mobilize colleagues
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills
- Analytical spirit, rigor, and ability to react calmly in all circumstances
- Leadership to engage/ accompany operational teams in the site's HSE program
- Skills to ensure coordination with external companies and respect for Alstom's EHS standards
