Requirements
- Bachelor's degree + 5 (oriented quality, rail, automotive, or aeronautics)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Professional English mastery (conversation, writing, reading)
- Skills in teamwork, communication, dynamism, persuasion
- Mastery of quality tools and methods, such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa
- Ability to travel internationally (20%-30% of the time)
- A certification or skill in communication would be a plus
