Junior Project Manager

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordinating, and delivering complex rail infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing project structures, coordinating inputs from engineering functions, identifying and tracking project risks, and preparing project documentation. The successful candidate will have a university degree in a technical field, knowledge of project management methods, and strong organisational skills.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in a technical field (engineering or similar) combined with knowledge or certification in project management methods
• Understanding of multi-discipline investment or infrastructure projects
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow up on many topics in parallel
• Flexibility and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Confidence in building relationships with different stakeholders and working as a team player across functions
• Very good command of English and Polish, both spoken and written
• Driving licence and readiness for occasional business trips within Poland
