Job Description
At Alstom, we're looking for a full-time hybrid Logistics Engineer to optimize end-to-end logistic flows, ensure compliance with QCDE targets, and drive impactful improvements in material flow, packaging, warehousing, and transport.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP (Warehouse Management and Inventory Management modules)
- Knowledge of CAD software for logistics design and packaging solutions
- Familiarity with designing and implementing end-to-end logistic flows and processes
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to act quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to implement cost-effective solutions
- Knowledge of activity-based costing (ABC) classification and stock strategy
- Understanding of QCDE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Environment) principles
- Resilience and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
