Alstom is seeking a full-time Team Manager for Train Control Command at our Valenciennes site. As a Team Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Train Control Engineers, collaborate with company teams, and oversee the development of the team's skills.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, or equivalent)
• Experience in team management or technical coordination in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of design and validation processes in the rail industry or equivalent
• Familiarity with project management tools and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate with transverse and multicultural teams
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
