Job Description
We are looking for an Overhead Catenary System (OCS) Construction Manager to lead the quality, safety, and timely execution of OCS installation site works. The role involves planning and progress follow-up, supplier and subcontractor management, and ensuring compliance with Alstom’s EHS rules.
Requirements
- Leading the development of procurement activities
- Ensuring compliance with Alstom EHS rules and promoting a zero-accident culture
- Overseeing planning setup and on-time execution of projects
- Managing site interfaces with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating quality management in collaboration with the QA/QC team
- Managing construction interfaces with other subsystems
- Supporting the definition of installation strategies for OCS activities
- Collecting and sharing Return of Experience (REX) from regional centers
