Job Description
We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for defining manufacturing processes and equipment for new products, collaborating with internal and external teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You will work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates to create innovative solutions, optimize workflows, and achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma related to manufacturing
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering
- Technical expertise in process engineering, work instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up
- Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA) and familiarity with IS tools
- Understanding of quality, EHS standards, ergonomics, and methodologies like Process FMEA and QRQC
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Logical, organized, and self-motivated with a commitment to delivering results
