Product Industrialization Leader

We're looking for a full-time Product Industrialization Leader in Bursa, TR to play a key role in ensuring the seamless transition of projects from design to production, while driving operational excellence and contributing to Alstom’s mission of delivering sustainable mobility solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years experience or understanding of industrialization processes and project management
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
• Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS, SAP) and production planning
• A Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
