Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Software, Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Experience or understanding of system, software, V&V, or other related fields
- Knowledge of system/software development lifecycles and agile processes
- Familiarity with system architecture, requirements engineering, and V&V processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Natural technical leadership and ability to bring multiple métiers together
- Awareness of Safety, RAM, QCD, and product quality constraints
- Innovative mindset, curiosity, and creativity
- Hands-on approach, with a willingness to interact with teams on the ground and participate in train tests
