Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of leading software or engineering projects
- Knowledge of SDLC and/or system engineering processes
- Familiarity with infrastructure design and administration
- A leadership or project management certification
- Proven ability to mobilize teams and manage stakeholders effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
