Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Product Program Manager in Bangalore to lead the critical Diagnostic Maintenance System (DMS) program and drive the deployment plan. The role involves organizing programs and activities, developing and managing budgets, and managing a diverse team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent
- 8-12 years of experience in software design, development, and validation, with over 8 years in program/project management
- Strong knowledge of program management principles, including initiation, planning, monitoring, reporting, and closure
- Experience in financial and change management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and team management skills
- Sound analytical skills with critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
