Job Description
Alstom is seeking a High Speed Train Test and Safety Coordinator to join their team in Belfort or La Rochelle. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safety and validation of high-speed trains, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the trains meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent in a technical field
- Significant experience (5+ years) in testing in the industrial sector, ideally in the rail industry
- Strong field experience, with a marked commitment to safety and HSE policies
- Ability to analyze complex situations and make strategic decisions
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Availability for flexible working hours and frequent travel in France and internationally
