Job Description
Manage the System business, develop the team, and promote the deployment of AMS and related business standards, processes, and tools on the site. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the profession and support the team in solving problems. Manage the workload of the business on the site and report on site business activity progress.
Requirements
- Experienced engineer
- Railway experience recommended
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- 5 years of experience in technical management of multidisciplinary teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented/competencies in management
- Structured, organized, and practical approach
- Conflict management
- Mastery of English and national language on the site
