Responsable de la Logique de Développement ASST (H/F/NB)

We are looking for a full-time Responsible for the Standard Development Logic (SDL) in Saint-Ouen. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, animating workshops, and piloting the digitalization of the SDL in a new tool.

Requirements

• Formalizing rules and guiding principles governing the content of the SDL
• Organizing and animating workshops with concerned functions to update the SDL
• Ensuring coherence between functions (process flow, deliverables)
• Managing and piloting the alignment and configuration of the SDL data repository
• Leading the digitalization and deployment of the SDL tool
• Designing and delivering training materials and sessions
• Mentoring and guiding junior members on the SDL and business processes
• Conducting audits to evaluate adherence to the SDL and contributing to continuous improvement plans
