Job Description
Join Alstom as the Railway Operation Manager and take on a new challenge in a state-of-the-art environment. You will manage maintenance, operation, engineering, supply chain, and cybersecurity teams, and participate in the development of strategic and operational plans.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent in the field of transportation
- At least 10 years of experience in railway operation
- Knowledge of railway safety standards and airport regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with project management and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and institutional relationship management skills
- Leadership and ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
- Analytical mind and ability to quickly solve complex problems
