Alstom is seeking a Mechanical Integration Responsible to manage and develop the mechanical integration team, promoting quality management systems and technical standards for the mechanical integration domain at the site level.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• More than 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering applications
• In-depth knowledge of structural design, calculation, and specialized processes
• General knowledge of train mechanical architecture, interface management, crashes, mechanical integration, systems engineering, and materials
• Project management experience (quality, cost, deadlines)
• MS Office skills
• Proficiency in French and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Conflict resolution and management skills
• Client-oriented approach
