Lean and Continuous Improvement Manager role at Alstom, responsible for deploying APSYS continuous improvement system within the site, managing audits, and animating the lean community.

Requirements

• Generalist or specialized industrial engineer or lean management training
• Technical industrial experience of at least 5 years with experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement functions
• Management experience
• Mastering the principles of Master Lean
• Mastering the principles and strategies of continuous improvement and quality
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Team spirit
• Strong relational sense
• Ability to take a step back and provoke decision-making
