Responsable projet validation & vérification expérimenté - projet TGV F/H

At Alstom, we are looking for a train validation engineer to perform validation activities and pilot the "Quality-Cost-Delivery" compromise for R&D programs. The role involves defining the validation management plan, creating and maintaining verification and validation plans, and managing various sub-systems and testing facilities.

Requirements

• Engineer or cross-functional manager with at least 3 years of experience in mobility and rolling stock engineering (mechanical design or systems, testing)
• Client technical interface experience desirable
• Rigorous and organized with prioritization and decision-making skills
• Relational qualities, team spirit, and leadership
• Proactive with problem-solving methods and creative and critical thinking
• Autonomy in working in English
• Ability to travel in France and abroad
