Job Description
Alstom is seeking a Site Quality Development Manager at their La Rochelle Site in France, located in the global center of excellence for Tramway and High-Speed Train design and production. This role involves guiding design reviews, risk analysis, and technical quality issues within a collaborative and dynamic environment, contributing to continuous improvement of products and processes. The position focuses on overseeing project development, leading technical problems, and ensuring compliance with project plans.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Fluent English
- 5-10 years of experience using quality tools and managing complex projects
- Experience in cross-functional team management
- In-depth knowledge of problem-solving methods and tools
- Risk analysis skills
