Job Description
We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely management reporting, overseeing site overhead costs, and driving financial performance.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent (Chartered Accountant preferred)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, and audits
- Experience working in a multinational company with shared accounting services
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and consolidation/reporting tools
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Agility in a fast-paced environment and a proactive mindset
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
