Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience or understanding of grievance processes, collective bargaining, and union relations.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADAAA, NY-specific leave laws).
- Knowledge of HR and People Strategies, People Management, and labor relations in a unionized environment.
