Alstom is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure to join their team in Makati City, PH. The successful candidate will be responsible for project QCDP performance and optimizing project financial performance. The role requires a Master's degree in engineering, IPMA level B (or equivalent), and 10+ years of experience as a project manager in the railway industry.
Requirements
- Graduated from engineering school with a Master's Degree
- IPMA level B (or equivalent) is an advantage
- 10+ years of experience as a project manager in railway industry with special focus on DC Traction power supply and depot equipment
- Experience of working in and with multinational companies in different business cultures
- Knowledge of Alstom ways of working for efficient process execution
- Good project management skills
- Good communication skills
- Team management (capacity to coordinate and ensure collaboration of multi-site/multi-functional teams)
- Leadership, entrepreneurship mindset and result oriented
