Software Designer (F/H/X)

Join Alstom as a Software Designer in Villeurbanne, FR, and contribute to the development of a new generation of safety signaling platform. You'll be responsible for designing and developing software, as well as performing tests and providing technical support for software maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science
• Experience or understanding of high-tech environments, ideally in designing and developing embedded systems
• Advanced mastery of the Linux operating system
• Knowledge of real-time operating systems, networks, and the C and Rust programming languages
• Skills in virtualization, containerization, and hypervision
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with working in teams, in multicultural and multidisciplinary environments
• Ability to synthesize, adapt, and communicate clearly
• Technical English
