We are seeking a Software Quality Manager/Engineer to join our team at Alstom La Rochelle. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, engineering, and quality teams to ensure software quality assurance and continuously improve products and processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent
- Fluent English, with the ability to collaborate in an international environment
- 5 to 10 years of experience in quality, development, or software validation
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and the ability to positively influence interdepartmental teams
- Comprehensive understanding of software lifecycle models, tools, and techniques
