Job Description
At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. We're looking for a full-time Software Development Engineer in Bangalore to join our team and contribute to developing and integrating software modules for our train control systems.
Requirements
- Engineer degree or Master of Engineering from a recognized university or engineering school
- Hands-on development experience in one or more software phases such as software development and hardware-software integration
- Experience with IEC61131-3 software or model-based development tools like Matlab/Simulink, Control Build, etc.
- Familiarity with real-time, distributed controllers and their functioning
- Knowledge of real-time network protocols such as MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS485
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focus and management skills
- Fluency in English and the national language of the site
