Job Description
Join Alstom as a full-time onsite Special Process Expert in West Mifflin, PA, US. Play a pivotal role in coordinating industrial control of Special Processes across various stages, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
Requirements
- Degree in process engineering, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering
- Knowledge or experience in materials engineering, bonding, gluing, or painting in the rail or automotive industry is preferred
- Experience in practicing special processes (execution, definition, qualification)
- Knowledge of Quality, EHS, and Ergonomics standards
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CAD, and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA)
- Skilled with IS tools, Process FMEA, and QRQC methodologies
- Good teaching skills and ability to provide training to groups
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
