Process Engineer

Process Engineer responsible for providing technical expertise to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the R134a manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing daily plant operations, troubleshooting and resolving process upsets, and leading technical initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing
• Knowledge of unit operations such as distillation, reaction, heat transfer, filtration, neutralization, compression and fluid flow
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process data interpretation skills
• Ability to perform standard chemical engineering calculations
• Demonstrated proficiency with Process Safety Management (PSM) Processes
