Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of industrial welding processes and techniques
- Experience in welding management standarts EN 15085-2, ISO 3834, DVS etc.
- Knowledge of welding standards and quality control measures
- Familiarity with ISO 14731 and its application in welding coordination
- A certification in welding engineering (e.g., IWE, EWE)
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during project phases
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide teams effectively
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment where resilience is key
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in welding technologies and practices
